To our valued customers,

We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Together we can help slow the spread of COVID-19. We are taking precautions in accordance with current health and safety guidelines from our public health officials as well as government agencies to protect our employees and customers. 

 

This page is the official location for all up to date notifications on our current business operations and any changes in our business practices including announcements to reopen our showrooms:  

 

• We are OPEN for operation. We are considered essential business as we directly support the functions of the agricultural industry as well as municipalities. Our showrooms will be opening on 6/1/2020. Masks in our showrooms are REQUIRED. Each location will have a sign in sheet in order to serve our customers in an efficient manor. Showrooms will be sanitized nightly as an ongoing safety precaution. Please check this page for any other other updates. 

 

• We will have a limited staff but are maintaining our normal hours at BOTH locations. As an essential business we still must operate with a very limited staff. We appreciate your patience during this time as we work diligently to provide you with the highest level of customer service that we can. We will be prioritizing work including service, based on the essential industries we support.

 

• We have temporarily suspended equipment rentals. Due to the current demand for sales and service we have made the tough decision to pause our rentals of Kubota equipment. Suspending rentals temporarily will help us to delegate our resources towards servicing essential agricultural equipment. We anticipate our rental department will resume normal operations soon.

 

• Phone is a great way to reach us. We want to remind you that most all of our business can be done completely over the phone, and phone service remains uninterrupted. From scheduling service, to orders and payment processing, you don’t need to come in to purchase equipment, get your equipment serviced, or order a part. We will pick up and drop off all your equipment right to your door. Please note, as an added precautionary measure we will be sanitizing all equipment prior to drop off.

 

• Health & Safety. We are following all guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed. We will continue to be diligent about our cleaning and sanitizing methods to reduce any chance of the virus spreading. Our team will be wearing facemasks for all customer interactions during this time. 

 

• Social Distancing. We are following social distancing guidelines, due to this our showrooms are currently closed. However, you can come to either of our locations for service by phone or outside of our showroom. Most of our equipment is located outdoors. Our sales team will be wearing facemasks for all interaction with customers.
