We have been working with Darrell and his team for over 8 years at the Brockport Location. They go above and beyond every time!!! There service is top notch. There's been several occasions where they came out to the job, to keep us up and running. We highly recommend them.

I would like to thank Rob at the Brockport store for addressing my concerns on our tractor. Rob had a tech taking care of the problem immediately. And, thank you to the tech that made the house call twice, very professional thank you.

I was looking for a used Kubota and the location in Albion knew the location in Brockport may soon take in a trade that matched my needs. One phone call to Brockport and it was held for me once it came in. They held it for me just as they promised and the machine was pristine and cheaper than any private sale could have been. No delays in delivery, entire process was smooth, easy and everything that was said they do, they did! Be patient and they'll take care of you. There's a reason they're busy.

I needed to measure a specific kubota tractor for a implement we're building for a customer in Utah. Darrell was most generous in welcoming me to measure the tractor he had on the lot. He even pulled the tractor under a carport so I wouldn't get wet that rainy day. Bentley Bros. treated me like a special customer even though there was no profit to be made. They get high marks from me!

Bentley Brothers have always been a very accommodating company to work with. We have bought a zero turn 60 inch lawn mower 5 years ago and a 30 inch snow blower and both have been exactly what we needed. Darrell our sales person has always made sure that we buy the proper size equipment for the job with no pressure sales! This year we will be looking into a weed trimmer and a chain saw. It is also good to know that if parts or service are needed they will have the part and be able to fix it.

If you need a lawn mower this is the place to get one from good people!

I was a first time customer and had my garden tractor repaired. I was very pleased with the help I got from the service dept - especially Rob the Service Dept. Manager. They overcame a number of issues with an older tractor to get it running like new and I will definitely be back. 

Bentley's has been in Brockport from 2010 and I bought my L5240 that year. Tractor is great still have it. People stop to see what I'm doing with my machine and tell them to see Darrell. I have sent 7 people that bought tractors and will keep telling people to go when they stop by. I buy something from there every year. I have had no problems with anything I have bought over the years.

My husband and I recently purchased an RTV 900 from Bentley Bros. in Brockport. We worked with Tom and Darrell during the course of making our deal. They were both very helpful and willing to work with us to answer our questions and connect us to a great vehicle. Our grandchildren love riding in the new vehicle. It is exactly what we expected and hoped for.
